We are a family run dojo, offering fun, safe, cooperative martial art training that is appropriate for all ages, sizes, genders, and fitness levels!

Watch as many classes as you like and try a few for free (waiver required)
4 classes per week for your convenience
No long-term contract
Great way to learn self-defense
Improve fitness, confidence, flexibility, and posture
Build perseverance, self-control, and respect for self and others
Children 4-7 train with a parent or caregiver: Parent trains for free!
Children 7 and up can train with parent or on their own: Parent fee is 1/2 price.

Class Schedule

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY
Youth Class 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Adult Class 8:00 – 9:30 pm

SATURDAY
Youth Class 9:30 – 10:30 am
Adult Class 10:45 am – 12:15 pm
